- Original Form 470 posted December 11, 2018
- 28 Day window ends January 8, 2019
- Christmas Break December 20, 2018 - January 2, 2019
- Bid proposals will be accepted until 1:00pm CST on January 25, 2019. At which time we will begin the evaluation process.
- Pre-Bid evaluation/walk-through period available by appointment only (Please call Charles Boyce at 936-646-1049 or via email at [email protected] to schedule)
- Bid proposals must be submitted via email to the district's Business Manager
- Following the review of bid proposals received, any questions regarding the proposals will be emailed to the vendor. Recommendations will be presented to the Onalaska ISD Board of Trustees for official action on February 18, 2019. Vendors will be notified of awards via email the day following the board meeting.
